Do you keep lists of all ships that entered the port, with their cargoes?

As so many thousands of ships entered the Port of London, it would have been impossible to permanently keep this type of record. However we do have copies of Lloyds Register of Shipping, that lists ship names, builders and owners.

As you are a museum of dock history, do you keep records of Naval Dockyards?

No, records relating to Naval dockyards are kept at the National Archives.
