Adam says:
'I placed the clock at the centre of the image, like Crispin Hughes often has a pillar space or unusual object in the middle in his Unquiet Thames series. In Photoshop I used the effect ‘Posterize’ on the clock, which reduces the tonal range to make it stand out more. I tried to give the montage some symmetry by using the trains coming from behind the central building and then disappear, most of the centre of the image is mirror or I have used similar photos to give a mirrored effect. I wanted the image to look juxtaposed and surreal but also almost realistic at first glance.'
